Welcome to Tribe Minimeet 2026 .

Welcome, scummers, to the newest hive to rise from the ash wastes of Necromunda!

After the fun and mayhem of previous years, and with the unfortunate lack of a meet-up around this time this year, I’ve decided it’s time to open the gates of a new hive and host one of my own!

Welcome to the Hive of Welham.

A fresh hive settlement on the edge of civilisation, far from the watchful eyes of the great Houses and the authority of the Spire. Here, the law is thin, the credits are scarce, and there are plenty of opportunities for a gang willing to fight for them.

This is a grassroots affair, hosted at my place in Welham Hall, Retford, where a new generation of gangs will battle to establish their reputation in the hive.

To keep things simple, we'll be using the NCE Core Rules and Outlanders rules, with everyone starting with a 1,000-credit gang.

So gather your fighters, sharpen your blades, load your weapons and prepare to stake your claim.

Legal Stuff

I am not in this for a profit, all money raised goes towards the prizes. Anything left over will go towards even bigger prizes!
In the very unlikely event that anything you bring to the event is stolen or damaged, this includes models and scenery but is not limited to, this is at your own risk. The organisers accept no liability.

Location

Welham Hall, Retford , DN22 0SH

Easy access from the A1 and approximately 10 minutes from Retford train station.

I've got access to the Coach House, which gives us a dedicated 35m² gaming room for smaller gatherings, with the option to commandeer additional space if numbers start to grow!

At the moment, we've got 7 confirmed attendees ready to descend upon the Hive of Welham. If you're planning on coming, could you please confirm your attendance here as well? It'll help me keep everyone in one place and give me a better idea of numbers.

If we do start getting a bigger turnout, I'll also need to expand our gaming space. So, if anyone attending has a gaming table they could bring along, that would be massively appreciated! The more tables we can muster, the more gangs we can unleash upon the hive!

More players = more tables = more carnage!

Tmings & Arrival

Players are welcome to arrive from 18:00 on Friday evening if they'd like to get settled in, pitch tents and enjoy a relaxed start to the weekend.

The main gaming will take place throughout Saturday and Sunday, with plenty of time for battles, drinking, socialising and general Underhive shenanigans!

On Sunday, there will be no need for an early start or mad rush to pack up. Feel free to enjoy a leisurely departure once the weekend draws to a close.

Prize giving will take place at approximately 14:00 on Sunday, after which everyone can begin making their way home.

Camping & Parking

There is plenty of space on site for both camping and parking, so you shouldn't have any trouble bringing your gear along.

Parking: We have space for up to 30 cars on site, so you can park safely and conveniently without having to worry about finding somewhere nearby.

Camping: There is also enough room for around 30 tents/pitches, so camping is available for anyone who wants to stay over. Camping is free – just let me know in advance if you're planning to pitch up.

You can arrive from 18:00 on Friday to get your tent set up and settle in before the weekend's gaming begins.

Food & Kitchen Facilities

A kitchen will be available on site, with tea and coffee facilities, a microwave, and basic equipment to allow for some minor cooking and food preparation.

Food itself isn't provided, so you'll need to sort out your own meals for the weekend. You're welcome to bring your own food and make use of the facilities, or we can always look at organising a group takeaway if enough people are interested!

Basically, the kitchen is yours to use

I will be borrowing from better organisers here for the
Tribemeet Code of Conduct:

-Respect the enemy crushed under your boot
-Bask in the reflected glory of your conqueror
-The dice gods are fickle, do not get upset when their plans manifest against you
-Violence, threats, or insulting language belong in the hive, not in the room
-Any rules conflicts will be decided by arbitrators
-Arbitrator decisions are final
- Respect the models of others and only touch after being granted permission, and even then treat with great care.

I'm in, I can provide a table of terrain (the Tribemeet staple classic card) and a spare mat, but cannot provide the tables themselves.

Can also help setup on the Friday as I'll be driving down during the day.

I'll take a camping space please.

I'm in and can provide at least two tables of terrain (One Zone Mortalis, one Sumptown) and more if required.

As with Stoof, I can't provide the actual tables. I don't mind chipping in a few quid for some folding tables if required.

I can also help set up on the Friday.

Thank you! it would definitely be cool to get the sumptown map, and zone mortalis if you could, I can provide tables for another few boards so don’t have to worry about that, it’s just the terrain mostly! :)

Great , if you could bring a mat and the terrain that will set us up nicely.

Great I’ll make sure some space is reserved for camping.

It’s awesome you’ve managed to get a meet going in such little time!!

Sadly, I don’t think I can do this years now as I’ve got other stuff booked in but I’ll be hovering around this thread awaiting all the photographs and stories of the event (you’d better take some) to come in!!!
