Time for another update big progress.
I cut the work top for the sink and cooker last weekend
Dry fit
Support post
Then I spent most of the week applying coats of Danish oil and sanding it back.
Now on to this weekends progress,
I started by plumbing the sink so full running cold water and waste, with a 19l Jerry Can for each. Then I had to do the wiring of the pump and get the wiring in place for the gas hob as it had an electric ignition (the old cooker had a Piezo ignition)
Then it was on to the most scary job drilling a hole it the floor for the Gas drop vent.
Then the "fun" of plumbing the Gas system in. It took me 3 attempts to bend all the pipes correctly as it comes out of the side of the gas box up and back into the unit then up to a gas shutoff valve then from there into the Hob unit,
Major construction "finished", just looking at how to do a splashback to stop the drivers seat getting covered with whatever I am cooking.
Now to get back on with my Ash wastes board
