Tribemeet Melbourne 2022- October 8-9 2022

Well as a result of yesterday's announcement the Tribemeet will be postponed, but not cancelled.

I will wait to see what happens before setting a new date. Here's to hoping that we can actually hold it this year.

As a result of the event being postponed I've decided to allow the House of Shadow book to be used when we actually get to have the event

From the announcements made this week it looks like Melbourne Tribemeet 2021 might be another event that doesn't go ahead this year, but I am still living in hope that it can still go ahead. Although it looks like it might not be until some time in December.

UPDATE

I've decided I'm going to officially declare Tribmeet Melbourne 2021 as cancelled and start organising for 2022. This will give me a few more months to organise some more fun things to do.

This is partially due to the fact that at the moment we don't know when the event could possibly go ahead this year or if at all and also due to the fact that we might be seriously restricted of the numbers we could have.

thinking of potential date for the 2022 Tribemeet of April 15-16. This is Good Friday & Easter Saturday

curious if people think this would be a good date or not

How would people feel about doing a Kill Team event at the same time?


Would need a second person to run it as I don't really know the rules very well yet and I'll be busy with Neromunda

I am planning some surprise scenarios for the event. Some will be based on ones written for N95 and some will be new.

Also the environmental cards will be getting used during the event.

The changes were made as a result of reading the rule book guidelines for events

1 month out from the event. How are everyone's gangs going?

I want to get people's opinions on whether or not to keep the date or change it to later in the year. This partly due to there being another event being held a couple of weeks after this one.

My thought on the date was that seeing as it was Easter then not many people would be that busy, but what I'm starting to realise is that those with families are very busy over the Easter break

I am rescheduling the event.

This is for 2 reasons,
1. Didn't realise how busy people actually are during Easter.
2. Too close to another Necromunda event.

Depending on whether it's out or not at the time of the event I will be allowing the Ash Waste rules and some of the games may even be set in wastes
