ok, i remade the molds, most things where decent with a few fixable issues
a few extra experiments
-I tried pan-boiling bluestuff in water... this inserted bubbles in the bluestuff (but left it usable)
pan boiling water can heat the water beyond 100°C, but don't boil the bluestuff itself
-the molt lines were a bit crooked so I'm correcting/recutting them atm
-there was also one bit with likely a small airhole
and 'badly' filling the molds was definitively a problem earlier
