Ultraviole(n)t! - Rules for Vampyre gangs. First edition rules set, Gang War Magazine

The perils of the Underhive are many, ranging from natural hazards like acid rain and hivequakes to the more deadly fauna like Ripperjacks. A careless traveller will also encounter danger in the form of Ratskins on the warpath, escaped Pit Slaver, sinister Wyrd Gatherings and, of course, the everyday dangers of rival gangs having a falling out and settling it with their guns. I don't suppose these ever got FAQs / errata? Just having a quick look through, I noticed a couple of issues...

1. At the end of the income section, it says something about Thralls needing 3 credits but Vampires only 1. It's not explicit, but seems to be talking about feeding costs. However, the next paragraph says Vampyres are immune to starvation.

I'm guessing one of these was an earlier draft and the other and intended replacement. I'd probably go with the rules actually printed under Starvation, and ignore the earlier bit - but that's just a guess.

2. The Notes and Tactics section (final page) says they have no longer range firepower until a Thrall becomes the equivalent of a ganger (Senior Thrall). But I don't see anything earlier specifying that their weapon access changes at any point.

Perhaps it's simply assuming that they count as Juves and become Gangers as usual, but (a) there are no ganger-types for them to become in this gang and (b) the reference to this being at Senior Thrall level further muddies the waters. The experience chart has Senior Thrall at 61+ rather than 21+ (as standard gangers).

So, do they can access to basic weapons at (i) 21xp, (ii) 61xp, or (iii) never?

(To be clear, I don't need answers. I have no intent of playing this gang. But I thought I'd point out the errors, for benefit of any future users.)
