This thread will be dedicated to updating the status of the new Underhive tools development. Members are free to add their suggestions for the new tools or assist with the development if possible to expedite things :)

Necromunda: Underhive tools have now been released.

March 2018
  • Various stats and description updates as new info released
  • Genestealer Cult gang type added
  • Gang cloning functions added
  • Trading Post interface added
  • Interfaces updated to be more intuitive
  • Escher house equipment list updated
  • Ganger Loadout system now available

February 2018
  • Updated views and print layouts to include the label properly
  • Print cards CSS updated to prevent bootstrap overrides. Now prints exactly as viewed
  • Edited some weapon stat names to improve display on ganger print cards
  • Added button to delete a campaign
  • Updated unicode handling to allow various language character support for various text inputs. Existing entries will need to be updated with the right characters.
  • Fixed unrestricted equipment display from displaying duplicates
  • Added Underhive gangs to forum profile Gangs tab
  • Fixed custom weapon stats not showing up in custom equipment editor
  • Gang War 2 equipment, stats and traits updated and added
  • Gang War 2 Orlock ganger types updated
  • Gang cost/rating calculation corrected for gang page
  • Gang-specific costs in equipment editor displays as green
  • Updated ganger card printout to display quantity of weapon when more than 1

January 2018
  • Removed additional ammo types stats from several weapons
  • Updated Grenade Launcher cost to match Legacy of Gangs
  • Fixed mobile view campaign select
  • Fixed custom equipment not showing available on new gangs
  • Fixed ganger image handler errors

If you need any monkey work done putting stats/numbers into an excel spreadsheet again... give me a shout mate and I'll do my best to find an evening to plug numbers in.

A spreadsheet with the skills will be very useful. Weapon traits as well.

If anyone that is decent with UI wants to have a go at designing a gang and ganger layout for the new tools as well :)

On it! Not sure I'll be able to do the Traits tonight though.
How do you want skills that give action to be formated? Is something like that ok:
If the fighter is Active or Engaged, they can make the following action:</br><b>Throw Opponent (Basic)</b> — Pick an Engaged Enemy fighter or [...]

Feel free to work on the Traits if you have some time today. I'm stuck at work at the moment and won't be able to make any progress until tonight (at the earliest).

@Malo: I suppose you will also need a Weapons/Traits association spreadsheet at some point?

Yes but it has to be by internal IDs. If you really want to do that I can provide an export of weapons with IDs then it's a matter of having 2 columns, weapon ID <-> Trait ID.

Well, Excel happens to have this fancy vlookup function that will probably help :D
I'll try to have the Traits spreadsheet done tonight. Then, if you can import it and give me an Id/Name export for both the Weapon and Trait tables, I should be able to make the association spreadsheet tomorrow.

If no-one (@Thorgor :p) has got the territories done over the weekend, I'll get them written up then and ping them to you Monday morning mate.

Traits are loaded, thanks.

I've attached skills and ganger types csv files. If someone could help with skill association.

Gang types are as follows:
  1. Escher
  2. Goliath
  3. Orlock
  4. Cawdor
  5. Van Saar
  6. Delaque
I need a new file with 3 fields:
  • skill id
  • ganger type id
  • native
The native field indicates whether the skill is Primary (2), Secondary (1) or None (0). For example, each skill under the Ferocity section for an Orlock Leader would be Native 2, so the entry for Berserker would be 25, 9, 2.
  • 25 is the id of the Berserker skill from the skills csv
  • 9 is the id for the Leader for Orlock (gang type 3)
  • 2 indicates Primary

@Malo: Here you go (I'm assuming you didn't create a specific id for Specialists, since non-Specialist gangers can't get skills)
I used the legacy rules for Orlock (and Delaque/Van Saar/Cawdor, obviously), as I've not seen their new skillset table leaked yet.

If you need the same thing done for the weapon traits, you know what to do ;) (I won't be able to work on it before tomorrow night though (CET)).
