Update Underhive Tools Development

Campaign events yes, battles probably not. They can be re-submitted quite easily.
Hey malo, The edit events seems to have dropped off for me, not sure if its a glitch or something wider.

Also annoying if there's no way to get edit on battles, mainly because if you can add blurb on it, then it becomes much more hassle to redo.

If I was to allow editing of the blurb, would that help?

It would allow an arbitrator to log the game quickly, and then if the players write a battle report it can be added later. I think this would be a good feature, as many of the triumph elements require pretty good bookkeeping discipline. Being able to record the game quickly and then amend later to add the flavor would help for sure.
 
You don't see a delete button on those events?
Oh, sorry, I see a delete, I thought there was meant to be an edit. and yeah, we just allow everyone to be admin, means anyone can add battles when they play them or tweak their territories as required.

There is currently no editing of events sorry.

Hi, I came over some tiny bugs:

  1. Shotgun - Inferno is listed as a common item in the trading post, while Gangs of the Underhive (117) lists it as Rare (8)
  2. The territory hexes appear slightly cropped off in the bottom part when their description is only two lines

actually there are two different values: the one is the gang value, which includes all models, and the others is the wealth, which includes additionally all items.
In our playergroup - and perhaps in some others too - we compare the gang values and give the weaker player some bonusses like models and cards to catch up the stronger players and to make sure every player has fun in the upcoming game.
To make sure that it´s really fair, we only use the values of the active fighters, which means that we subtract all values of fighters which are in recovery or POW.

That´s why i would like to make two proposals:
  1. I think, it´s a good idea to implement a "Captured"-status - just in the same way like the "Recovery"-status. (in fact it´s all the same, but with an other picture :) )
  2. it would be great, if you could implement a third value which reduces the gangvalue for the values of all fighters which are in recovery or captured.

What do you think about this ideas?

Aware of this, thank you. It's on my list of things to fix.

This can be achieved for your group with the "Slaver" status which effectively removes them from the list of active fighters.

Since this is outside the normal rules, I'd rather not confuse any users and keep to the normal values. Many groups have their own house rules and I try to build the tools to allow for most eventualities, hence the Custom section and the ability to edit just about anything. Sometimes it's about using an available option to achieve your needs, hence the slaver option above.
 
I'm adding the insane number of new ammo types of Book of Peril into the tools. Do we want all the various ammo for weapons in its own dedicated section? Or simply added to the associated weapon's section like it is currently? As it is now it's going to add a lot of entries into the weapon sections.

This happened to me when I created items; spread to my campaign i'm in.

I'm also having issues with the guild system; my arbitrator account for the guild can't seem to add friends to the roster,and thus i can't add them to the new campaign. I get a message that the person isn't in the club even though they are in the guild.
 
Is this working correctly for you now?
This does look resolved. One of our players was using custom 'status' items to manage Master Crafted upgrades, so those are still appearing but it's all good. Not sure if that is another coding project for you but the equipment list is purged of flying upgrades and horse barding :ROFLMAO:

@Malo I have noticed something since the new build of the forums (which you may already be aware of/working on). It doesn't seem like you can see gangs that people are managing when you visit their profiles. This was a nice feature for keeping track of my campaign players, hope it makes a return!

It will make a return, it was very handy. I haven't had a chance to build a new plugin for it and everything completely changed in the new certain for plugin development.

@Malo As far as I can tell there are currently no Rad-Ammo available for Heavy Stubber, Shotguns and Autopistol (but not Reclaimed Autopistol). Having them would be nice.

Also there seems to be no way to add mastercraft weapons a ganger. Without this gang rating is tracked incorrectly.
