Hello

First, thanks for the HoA Update :)

Looks mostly good, but i noticed a misstake, besides the missing cyberteknika.
The cost of the lasgun, that the Prime can equip, is 15cr instead of the usual 10cr.

Otherwise nothing else caught my eye.

I've made a list of any incorrect values or missing items I could find. Hope it helps. (y)


Prime (Leader)
  • Primes can buy Cyberteknika during gang creation. Perhaps add it to their lists?
  • Is missing the following Ammo: Las pistol - Focusing Crystal {20}
  • Is missing the following Equipment: Gravchut {40}, Medicae Kit {30} , Photo-goggles {35}, Respirator {15} and Servo harness – partial {130}
  • Is missing the following Grenade: Plasma Grenades {65} (Though it's probably for the best)

Augmek (Standard Champion)
  • Augmeks can buy Cyberteknika during gang creation. Perhaps add it to their lists?
  • Grav Chutes are listed as {50} credits when they should be {40}
  • Is missing the following Ammo: Las sub-carbine - Focusing Crystal {20}

Archeotek (Special Champion)
  • For Archeoteks, Cyberteknika should be half price, rounded up to the nearest 5 credits
  • Grav Chutes are listed as {50} credits when they should be {40}
  • Stun grenades are listed as {15} credits when they should be {25}
  • Photon Flash Flare should be Photon Flash Grenades
  • Is missing the following Equipment: Hotshot las pack for Las Pistol {20}, Hotshot las pack for Lasgun {20}

Tek (Ganger)
  • Grav Chutes are listed as {50} credits when they should be {40}
  • There is no option to buy Specialist Gangers, while the normal Gangers seems to have access to Special and Heavy weapons as if they were specialists

Subtek (Juve)

  • Servo-claw should be {30} instead of {35} credits

Neotek (Prospect)
  • Photon Flash Flare should be Photon Flash Grenades

Don't forget the Archeotek can take a single piece of Alpha level Cyberteknika for free when they are added to the gang! This also seems to be absent from the current version of the Editor.

Is there a reason why there is no Tek (Specialist) in the new Van Saar gang but it exists in all the other House of gangs?

It helped immensely, very much appreciate. All listed issues are resolved. I've also added Armored Bodyglove as default equipment.
Don't forget the Archeotek can take a single piece of Alpha level Cyberteknika for free when they are added to the gang! This also seems to be absent from the current version of the Editor.
I'm not sure how I can achieve this currently, there's no mechanism in place to zero cost an item only on the first purchase. I could either:
  1. Add new data structures to associate certain equipment with fighter types to indicate zero first cost
  2. Create a new button in the fighter equipment editor to add any item as zero cost
Option 1 seems like considerable work for something that might not come up again ever.
Option 2 would probably be useful in other circumstances and I believe has been requested before.

It does seem to be a glaring oversight however to have a charecter's ability entirely absent, especially one that affects gang creation like this.

That being said, if Option 2 has been requested before, this may be the easiest solution, though I can see how people could abuse that to basically give a Ganger an entire armory's worth of weapons for free. On the other end, I have to ask how hiring Hive Scum and Bounty Hunters work with the current editor (since they can take up to a certain level of Credit's worth of equipment when hired).

I noticed another mistake.

The Infra-Sight has no discount for Prime, its the regular 40cr instead of 25cr.

Should the Grav-cutter automatically boost the Neotek's Movement characteristic by 2 on the tools?

Assuming I'm not too late to the party on this one, you could make the Neotek's Movement with Grav-cutter Parenthetical: M 5" (7") to indicate both his standard basic Move, and his actual move, with the Grav-cutter.

Hi,

I hope that i'm in the correct section.

I recently discover this site and i start playing necromunda with my brother so the tools helps me greatly.

I play enforcers and i think there is a mistake on the subjugator pattern grenade-launcher.

On the tool, the 'am' check is 6+ for the stun rounds but in the book it's 4+ (i check the faq, but there is only the change from stun grenade to stun rounds)

Not without some specific hard code for that and dealing with spacing issues.
Just a tiny detail, the Wyld Bow has quotation marks after the short and long range numbers, while other weapons don't have this.
