Hi all, just wondering if anyone can clarify whether unstoppable behemoth stops the whole attack sequence in melee combat. Say a leader charged and has 4 attack dice available does it stop injury rolls from all of them or would it just stop one of the dices related injury rolls?

Also, does the goliath still take the damage just not take any wounds or does it also ignore the damage?

Thanks in advance!

So my reading of it is that since technically attacks in this game are supposed to be resolved one at a time, you use the card to prevent one enemy melee attack from pushing you to injury dice. If you're hit 4 times you can use the card to block the injury dice from one after it gets past all your defenses. EDIT: This is how I personally run it because it not only feels more in line with how the card should work from the text even if you can lawyer your way out of it, it's also still a really strong card even if all it does is blank one attack that makes it to injury dice.

Now since it says attack and not hit you could also read it as it'd block all injury dice from the whole set that your opponent rolls, it would still bring you down to effectively eating an injury dice the moment you get tapped again but it'd stop you from going down in one blow.

Regardless you take the damage but you don't roll injury dice so you wouldn't take anything from the attack that Unstoppable behemoth stops except your wounds would go down. Be that from one attack or all attacks.

Thanks for your reply. That makes sense and seems a bit more balanced than having it block all the attacks. Makes sense that you still take the damage too
