Question Waiting for people to pull their fingers…

Hi, a bit of context, I’m setting up a campaign, I’ve done everything right, I’ve told those that want to participate to head over and get on yaktribe even if only to use the roster management. I’ve had one player join no hassles, I have two saying they are awaiting admin approval to join. One is claiming it’s been going on for two weeks… the other I don’t know…
Some queries…
1, is that normal to wait that long for admin approval? (I don’t remember that when I joined…)
2, who could I message to ask if they can check? If that’s even possible…
