INQ18 Warbands beyond Inquisimunda 2.0

First of all, just having discovered this community, thank you. What an incredible resource. I'm stunned by the amazing amount of value that you have all created and stewarded. Bravo.

A question - I have seen referenced warband lists beyond Inquisimunda 2.0 (NCE) such as genestealers. Can anybody point me to where I might find this type of information?

Also, Is there any status update on Inquisimunda 3.0? At this point, I'm feeling tempted to move ahead with NCE/OCE and Inquisimunda 2.0 but with alternate activations ported over from N17. Any thoughts for me?

A good few gangs/warbands for N'95 / INQ28 are available through Shadow War: Armageddon, which created "kill teams" (gangs) for N'95 rules from a host of WH40K species and factions. That might be where you are seeing some? Or else that might be a good source for some even if it isn't the source you are seeing already?

As for converting all those warbands to N'17, N'18, N'20, N'22, or N23 editions (yeah, JUST enough changes to various core rules in each to technically count as a new edition, sigh), for INQ28, I wager there ARE folks doing so, but I don't yet know who. Someone else will likely come along with a good answer to that.
