SHADOWS OF THE BEARDED FAT: The Captains attempt at making an army he can barely see! (Perhaps dwarves weren’t the best choice)

First and foremost, thank you so much to the very generous, almost as as handsome as the Captain, Mega Yak @radulykan ! He is the 3Dprinting chaotic wizard that has allowed any of this to happen, I just hope I can do a good job slapping some colours on and learn the rules proppa, before we draw battle!

This is the main bulk of the army, but isn’t quite half. Don’t have any background for the force yet but hopefully a story will develop when we start rolling some dice!

Got some undercoat down, it’s made a massive difference in my ability to see the details!

Also, I picked up some plasticard to make the rest of the bases I’m going to need!
Off the top of me head, here’s what’s still in the box:
3x clansmen regiments
1x king
1x hero (prince)
1x runesmith
2x gyrocopters
1 x Rangers
3x cannons
1x flame cannon

Orange was the colour of trollslaying decades before that little monstrosity came along! It’s also the colour of my beloved Bru. So I’m never shying away from using it!

Anyway, Here’s the finished horde:

I’d make a Spafeograph but the army is coming together surprisingly quick!

Done= slayers, command, hammerers
Assembled= iron breakers
Remaining = clansmen (3 units of 3 bases), thunderers (2 units of 3), rangers (2 units of 3), cannons (2 units of 2), flame cannon (2 units of 1), gyrocopter (2 units of 1)

Ignoring unit allowances, my force’s points cost is:
Warriors x8 = 880
Thunderers x2 = 180
Rangers x 2 = 220
Slayers x8 = 640
Cannon x2 = 180
Flame cannon x2 = 100
Gyrocopter x2 = 150
King =155
Hero x3 =240
Runesmith= 90

Total= 2835 (?)
