What's on your mind?

Queues to enter a webstore just seems ludicrous.
This day in age of fully and instantly scalable cloud applications and Im told I have to wait 2 minutes to browse a website for plastic army mens. The whole market shift to push online sales yet the tech stack doesn't support the marketing strategy.
Does anyone else think this is stupid.

Grumble Grumble sump sump.

Someone told me yesterday on Bolter & Chainsword that it is possible for Warhammer stores (formerly branded GW stores) to order products from Forge World. So I thought great and looked if those Iron Hands 30K heads were still around. Surprise: There was a waiting time of 5min. as I was in some sort of queue?! This was just a bad experience to just browse what the have in store.

This thing looks like it was made for Necromunda… very tank like, almost a prototype Rhino mixed with IG aesthetics. Imagine it trundling through the Ash Wastes, towing some trailer or being used in some other fashion.

Shame it’s a resin kit. Though at £75 it’s a bloody sight cheaper than actual Necromunda resin kits!!

It’s an Aurox if you don’t know.

Yeah, I was forwarded an Instagram post from Diane saying he’d passed earlier today.

Very sad, just on the cusp of the New Year too. 🙁

They were moving to a new home a while back, not sure if they’ve fully moved or not yet.

While discussing our goals for the new year, my wife shared her desire to convert our little brick outbuilding into a useable summer living space&activity/exercise room. It became apparent this was linked to a desire to banish many a nerding item from the house proper. Not sure how I feel should I be offended or grateful for the offer of my own man cave?
