Hi gang!
Wow, a double and a necro post? Please don't kick my ass too hard. However, I do have an update - the gang is mostly done!
So let's go over the gang, from left to right.
Pulsar - the Budget Leader with the Guile Hair. Packs a Plasma Pistol and Servo Claw, and a Laspistol incase the Plasma Pistol fails an Ammo Roll. Starts with the Mentor Skill so I can rapidly level my dudes. I'm sure there are more useful skills, but the sooner I can start getting some specialists and higher levelled Champions and the like, the better.
Rei - the Support Champion. Packing a Combi LasPlas and a Energy Shield, Rei's job is to run around and use the Munitioneer Skill of hers to stop people from failing their ammo rolls and such.
Valkyrie - a Support Ganger, Valkyrie sports a Las Carbine and Laspistol like the others, but since I had some spare points that didn't fit in anywhere, she also sports some Smoke Grenades to create cover for my gangers. Of particular mention is that she is a Conversion - one of the Van Saar Male Torso's with a Female Chestplate and neck. It took a lot of green stuff, but it held together a lot better than Rei's arm!
Wolf - the Sniper Champion, Wolf's gear is very...herp. See, he's carrying a Lasgun that's been modified with a Telescopic Sight and a Shock Baton to protect himself if anyone gets too close. He also has the Marksman Skill so nobody is safe. Just a shame Van Saar can't spring for Long Las's >_<
Glitch & Voltaire - These two are my Cannon Fodder Gangers - Las Carbines and Laspistols for everyone! Why Laspistols? Because Shock Staves are overpriced. Stupidly so.
The entire Gang wears Mesh Armor for a delicious always on 4+ Save when combined with the Armoured Undersuits.
Anyway, the only things left to do now are attach the fiddly components (rebreather backpacks, shoulder pads and head cables) and then we can get to painting them!
On that note, the bad news is that I won't be airbrushing. After consulting a healthcare professional over the tool in question after a health scare, I have decided my flat doesn't have the space to properly support it. So we're back to regular old hand brush work. On the good news however, we have a colour scheme - a very Cyberpunk-y Purple and Black! Now if only I could apply some Hexagons to them... >_<

is there a cloth hexagon mesh you could somehow wrap them in and paint over, then remove.
as I typed that I thought, "this would be a huge pain in the butt..." but I'm not the one doing it, so the suggestion stands!
