Yeah I heard similar as well... Filthy things those Trolls.
Yet more lies from the Clonitears @Azzabat its not so much taking sides as being on the right side of history.
The fluff war is making into this thread too! To me it looks like a bar fight that has spewed out into the streets.
I have no doubt we shall pick a side just as soon as we resolve our current “Whisky War” with Denmark.
Old Hive proverb: “Where there’s Clonitears, lies and tears follow”
imagine being new to the Tribe and seeing all this?
We are in a "Whisky War"?? Hadn't heard, must have slipped the draft...
Edit: Ah, that one! Just didn't know the alcohol part. Must be my lily liver... Or something.
As a fellow Canadian, can confirm. The great mafia maple syrup heist of 2012 was a tragedy. A tragedy!
A war in which everyone wins, might I add, every few months. The best war. Hans Island is the place to be.
Well, there’s a clone prophesy that The Red King will one day return and smite the wicked Troll and tear them asunder!
....Troll lies ....troll tears!
( I blame @King Redwart )
Ah “The Redwart of the Grey will return” prophecy
I’m afraid the king has left these mortal realms, and whilst he may watch on, he no longer communicates with the likes of us! If he did I’m sure he would be truely horrified about what we have become!
....Or what he made us!
(Seriously I have proof!)
But The King still lives I tell thee!! Only biding his time until the planets are aligned and the warp is in perfect balance!
On that day, he will ride his mighty wasteland steed and the Trolls WILL fall!
.....oh.....I see your point.....
Oh, Canada. My beloved Country.
The only nation to have a conflict with no casualties, waged without weapons, and the greatest heist in their history involved stealing syrup.
A few years ago a friend and I were walking to Canadian Tire in a snowstorm, drinking Tim Horton's coffee, and talking about hockey. All that was missing was for us to be snacking on maple candy and the moment would have been so incredibly Canadian that I think we would have imploded from the sheer weight of the stereotypes. While saying "sorry", of course.
Pouring maple syrup directly on the snow, and rolling it up on a stick to eat. Oldest and best type of maple candy there is. Mmmm.
Mmmmmm. Maple Taffy. I miss doing that.
And butter tarts. I miss butter tarts too
Still no news on comp #27?
(I guess there's always the Finish Your Stuff challenge, but sometimes one needs inspiration...)
@Azzabat must've had one heck of a New Year.
whenever a Monday passes with no new comp, I think "maybe next week" since they usually end on the weekend...
Still my fault - although we have got a lot going on in the old tribe at the moment.
