Actually, this is - at best - unclear. Midnight is a point of time between two dates (22nd/23rd or 23rd/24th), so neither is unambiguously 'on the 23rd'.
Further, there's certainly a school of thought that midnight on the 23rd is one minute before 00:01 on the 23rd - i.e. that it's the start of the day, rather than the end of it. (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midnight.)
This is why it's usually best to avoid ambiguity and set deadlines for 23:59 on the 23rd, if that's what's intended.
I agree buddy, we'll set a precise time and date next time, I've gone with the later time because a) if there's two interpretations its fairer to go for the 2nd one b) I was working to that deadline.
Given that we're spread across different time zones, I think we've always taken a fairly generous approach towards deadlines anyway.
Huzah the @Blood Donor blimp is complete, may she look down on many a future Tribemeet with benevolence as Yaks challange the THUNDERCUBE!
She’s quite shy and very hard to photo due to her impressive size, plus my room lightings not the best for photos, but hey it’s dark outside and the paints still drying!! More photos in my PLOG.
Made from a very rubbish Ebay MDF kit that required much bodging, covered in paper (which again was a nightmare) and assorted scratch built stuff plus random bits. Also includes a 1.5 kilo exercise weight in the stand on the basis the Troll won’t use it for anything else! Sponge painted at high speed tonight……random model included for scale.
As always I’ve built what was in my deranged mind so unsure if it meets the brief? But it is anything goes I suppose. I do need to make a commentator or two to stand in her now, I think will copy the @Blood Donor space marine scheme for one of them.

I finished a thing! Some sort of market trader stall, definately not involved in anything illicit or illegal, especially not excess Imperial equipment that has been misplaced.
There is a space marine scout half painted that I wanted to include for thematic effect, but other stuff has gotten in the way.

As the time to be a “real person” outside of hobby, I’ve thrown some paint on the bad boy and gotten as much as I can done.
There’s still a lot to do with this one, but I’m happy that I got it this far. Especially with the Blood Donor tag.
The Shrine of The Peacemaker.
Years ago, in the days of my fathers father, we of the Lone Warren had a protector.
When the muties raided us for food, he was the one rallying the gangs to his banner.
When the slavers tried to take us as property, he was the one breaking our chains.
When gangs of half-men came from the wastes, he stole into the night and killed the beasts who lead them.
One day, he gathered the gangs of The Warren to the marketplace and announced that he was setting out into the underhive, to find the first dome, the original node of the hive.
His mightiest allies joined him, from across a dozen houses and they set out into the depths.
We were not afraid, we know that one day, he will return to us. Riel the Peacemaker, The Blade Brother, The Blood Donor.
We of The Lone Warren erected his shrine to remind ourselves of the protector, the structure being declared a true site of neutrality, a place where peace is brokered between parties in conflict, with all of The Warren swearing to take up arms against any who dare violate the Law of Riel.
And as long as his gaze falls down upon us, he will always be the one to protect us from the horrors of the hive.
Sleep well my child, knowing he watches over us all.
