"Stranger than Fiction"

Build and paint something inspired by a work of fiction. A figure inspired by a fictional character, some terrain inspired by a fictional world or place, a diorama inspired by your favourite fictional moment, the whole of literature and cinema is at your finger tips.

So dice tower, music themed, unusual scale, master and pet or themed after a piece of fiction. I feel like planning for every eventuality just to get a head start.

Now we have five proposals, we just need to decide on a voting system. I propose that we put that to another vote...

(I jest, but actually it is an interesting question. One Yak, one vote? Or just vote for all the ones you'd like to do?)

Being able to vote for as many as you're interested in probably gives us a better chance of finding the topic that will get the most entrants?

The people who came up with the contest concepts must vote, but only once and they cannot vote for their own.

There is no way to regulate it, but it is frowned upon.
If you make a poll, you can see who voted for which option. If you see somebody voting for themselves, you can substract/disregard their vote from the total number when summerising the vote in a comment. (And pretty much call them out in the process, but it is pretty much justified)

Someone did reveal who voted for what once. Not a comp, some other little side thing on here. To be honest, it put me off voting on any other polls that they might set up. And no, I didn't vote for myself on that occasion.

Didn’t realise the poll creator could see who voted…

Anyway, back to getting this theme chosen asap :)

I have a single idea for all themes.

A black clad space marine chapter master wearing a cape walks down the ramp of a space ship, white space marines stand to attention. The space ship is also a dice tower. R2D2 is following. You already know the music inspiration. It's playing in your head.

Is he a particularly large (or small) chapter master?

p.s. I was also unaware that you could see who voted for what. If that's right though, it's helpful for FYSC (where we'd recently discussed this).
