The Book of the Outcast has brought us Psychic Bounty Hunters - for like 35 creds you can upgrade them to have a power. This is how (the much maligned) Mr Spoot, the psychic time travelling caterpillar, came to being.
Mr Spoot was originally a Cold Trader, but was brought back with a wicked combo of skills and psychic powers which frustrated the hell out of everyone. If you listen to recent Eye of Horus Necromunda Gang Bang episodes you’ll probably hear them say ~”urgh, god damn Mr Spoot”
So, anyways, anything can be a psyker now.

Huh, I might be accused of plagiarism when you hear my idea... Chained witch, though a fantasy variant. I will say, that picture is uncannily how I imagined her looking, only in a simple farmers wife dress. Anyway, she'll be busting out of a secure location, run by the approved wizards (approved by themselves, of course), and I'm also planning on doing a guard and a wizard going to investigate the kerfuffle.

I'm in as well - with the FAQ confirming that Delaque can have access to (decent) psyker abilities (after swallowing one House of Shadows garbage ability), I need may one day actually run a Delaque psyker in a gang! Progress will be posted here.
