I'm changing my entry. Wasn't getting anywhere with the Witch Hunter. Then, unrelated, I was mucking about with an enforcer gang in the Necromunda tools, and started wondering which version of Enforcers they draw stats from. A quick search revealed a wip 2.0, to be added to the OCE (is it still being tinkered with @Tiny?) that has a sniper! Two seconds later the decision was made, and this morning I went through some bits, and we're under way.
Wip in my usual plog.

I remember you asking for feedback, but didn't respond as I have no idea how they do or should play... Was hoping someone with experience would chime in. But that's an aside, Enforcer sniper definitely coming up!

Although my last entry still sits as it lay from last comp, I’d like to throw my captains hat in the ring and say I’m in!

My entry will be a Ratling Sniper for my Krablokistan 48th guard regiment:

Ok, so I changed the head on this guy and now I love him again and want to paint him… so might manage a second entry.
I also added a tactical log because rocks are tacky.

oops thought the deadline was today but heres my entry anyway.
really like the model but was lacking a lot of variety as its a monopose set so made my own on https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/beast-shooter-killerbow
and made another slightly different version.

Lotza thought tying a rope to his bolt would make it easier for his grots to retrieve his lucky bolts it but it seems like they're going with, oh well he can adjust his aim next time and there's always more grots.

I managed to score myself a copy each of Heroquest (1989) and Warhammer Quest (1995) so got side-tracked on marvelling at the sweet monopose goodies. Mostly on the durability of 30-year-old Citadel paint. So sadly no second entry for me. :(
How did you land those?! Must have cost a fortune

Heroquest I won on bids on eBay for £40. Aside from a few badly painted minis, broken candles and rat tails, and some musty smells its 100% complete so very happy with that.

Warhammer Quest I managed to snipe a brand new listing. It was a few orders of magnitude more expensive than HQ, but compared to usual eBay prices was an absolute steal. Again in amazing condition aside from half a dozen poorly painted minis, a missing snotling and a spider. Some of the minis were still on sprues and the cards look to never have been played with.

Just a shame the expansions are so bloody expensive. I'm not paying hundreds for a single character expansion. Thankfully all the material for them is available online so I can print all the game pieces easily enough and who knows, maybe I'll be able to snipe some more bargains as I go along.

ziff sighed and sighted down the scope of his rifle again. He'd been on this rooftop for hours and his patience was worn thin. What was with this ridiculous uniform the contract had specified too?
Finally, a commotion in the distance drew his attention as a parade came into view, full of garish colours and interspersed with the red and gold of a private security uniform. At last, he thought, something to do!

all made, I thought I’d pick the one I like the best and concentrate on putting a few licks of paint on him, turns out the one I like best isn’t a sniper!?! 🤦‍♂️
