Looks like the “Scaly Skin” might be “Protective Pustules” or some such, depending on where the greenstuff wants to go.

Ps: Usually things I made live in blutac form for much longer, managed to actually get started

Sorry, sorry, @trollmeat . I saw it in a different way, like snail eyes, but these tentacles are too bulky for the head. But this is not my champ for competition; I'll wait for my green stuff to come..

A simple little entry. I don't know if you can see the third arm. I will try to highlight it in the painting stage.

Calling this guy done aside from a little scraping to tidy up the putty once it’s all cured.
Then it’s time to paint him. Black skin with tzeentch runes all over him. Thank you random tables.

Finally, I found style, how I want my mutant to look like: it will be two models on one base, and I will take two-headed options. Something like those fellas, that I made just for fun

Those are indeed his own feathers. The tabard over the top is for modesty purposes.

Aside from his base I’m calling this fella done. Its really weird building and painting something randomly generated and massively outside my comfort zone.
