Treacle Mine Seven mines the sludge and salvage of the Worldsump, the pressure suited servitors working in conditions that other workers would not survive, could not survive.

An uprising overthrew the guilders' overseers, and survivors escaped downward and Sumpward. Rallying around the most intelligent and charismatic of their number, the sentient among them guided the escaped slaves in their journey across the edges of the Underhive, seeking and "truth, justice, and freedom." Whether any of those things exist to be found is yet to be seen.
