But it does bring up the interesting question of WHY is HASBRO effectively "kickstartering" a game for which all their development costs are already done, and for which they already own all the needed tools for production? This isn't a small indie company for which this funding is make-or-break, and they don't appear to be offering their backers a "wholesale" price reduction of any sort. Are they really just offloading any risk costs to customers, and claiming only the profit benefits? Adam Smith would be rolling in his grave, he saw that.
