N18 How does Blaze condition play out?

Hmm isn't that a big maybe? One of those lost rules from N17 (never to be printed again). Unless latest rulebook changed it?

If you look at the original rules that came with Underhive, you'll see a *much* more sensible version!

1. Test to see if flames go out first! 6+ base, with the usual bonuses for nearby friendlies and a double action to drop & roll.
2. If still on fire, take the hit.
3. Run around like crazy.

It's SO much better to use the original version. This way you can actually send people to help your blazing fighter first. Wonder why they decided to screw up a perfectly good rule?

GW made a lot of questionable rules changes between 'N17' and 'N18'.

It just shows how out of touch they are with their own game. Whatever they play up at Warhammer World, it ain't our Necromunda!

I think the Necromunda rules writers are all very deeply in the camp "we don't care about balance, we just want to roll dice and watch the world burn", and they felt that being on fire wasn't impressive enough.
